As a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Samantha Mitchell brings a broad background in community association management, public administration, special districts, and local government. Her experience provides a practical understanding of both the day-to-day responsibilities of managing an organization and the larger governance responsibilities entrusted to boards and public bodies.
For the past five years, Samantha has worked directly with condominium association management and currently works with a large condominium association and special district, providing hands-on experience with the day-to-day demands and long-term responsibilities of managing a substantial residential community. Her experience includes governing documents, bylaws, resolutions, policies and procedures, board meetings, elections, financial administration, budgeting, vendor coordination, records, compliance, homeowner communications, and implementation of board decisions.
Her professional background also includes experience with other public entities and local governments, providing valuable perspective in public administration, organizational operations, financial accountability, formal meeting procedures, policy implementation, and working within established statutory and regulatory frameworks.
